Martin has more than 30 years’ experience in the offshore finance industry in Guernsey, working within the fund administration sector. Before joining Zeta Fund Services as Head of Transfer Agency, Martin held the position of director for a large private equity owned fund administration company, he sat on the boards of various fund structures as a non-executive director, as well as sitting on the board of the main fund company and the risk and new business committees. His main duties included the oversight of the transfer agency team, dealing with the share registration and due diligence functions and ensuring that the company complied and met all of the reporting requirements of the GFSC, he was also responsible for all policies and procedures updates and reviews of offering documents. Martin has a vast knowledge of all fund structures and has been instrumental in implementing many upgrades to systems and procedures in his previous roles whilst managing large teams and maintaining a high level of service.
