Mark is the managing director of Zeta Fund Services and chief operating officer of Zeta Asset Management. Mark has over 10 years’ experience as a practicing corporate and finance lawyer. Prior to joining Zeta, he practised at Walkers Global, a leading offshore law firm, where he was a member of the Banking and Finance practice in Guernsey. Prior to moving offshore, Mark practised corporate law at Tugendhaft Wapnick Banchetti before he joined a private company where he held an executive position for over 5 years, focusing on sales and operations across southern Africa. Mark was admitted as an attorney in South Africa in 2007, and holds a LLB (Hons) degree and a LLM degree (specialising in Commercial Law). Mark also holds the ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance.
